Along with the entire app having a new look and feel, we've made significant changes to the following pages.
We now have "widgets" to display stats from each survey. At the moment these include satisfaction numbers and a team member leaderboard. We'll be adding more widgets here over time.
There's a new feedback sidebar to help you view your latest responses all in one place
Insights pages are now more useful. Along with the dashboard, we'll keep adding more useful widgets here.
New subscription plans
Now that we’re out of beta, we’re going to double down features and customer support. As part of this effort we’re introducing a new pricing plan.
In keeping with our values and the first half of our name, the plan is simple:
- 1 survey - $39/m
- 4 surveys - $79/m
- Unlimited surveys - $149/m
A survey is the Good/Neutral/Bad ratings you have in your emails. An example of another survey would be quarterly NPS emails.
If you haven’t subscribed at that point, your surveys will still remain active and collect feedback, but new responses will be withheld until a plan is selected. We’ve put a lot of effort into this feature to make sure there aren’t any unpleasant surprises for you or your customers if a plan expires.
