Setting a single workspace time zone makes sure everyone in your team sees consistent dates and times across dashboards, reports, and exports, regardless of their location.

How it works

By default, Simplesat shows times in each user's local time zone. Admins and owners can choose to apply a single time zone across the entire workspace.

Once set:

  • Dashboards, feedback pages, and reports follow the workspace's time zone.

  • Scheduled reports are sent based on the workspace time zone.

  • CSV exports always show timestamps in UTC+0, with the workspace time zone displayed for clarity.

If you change the workspace time zone, the update applies after users refresh their browser.

How to set your workspace time zone

  1. Scroll to the Workspace time zone section

  2. Open the Time zone dropdown and choose from the list (for example, UTC-08:00 Pacific Time (US & Canada))

  3. Click Update settings

Your workspace-wide time zone is now active.

Behavior and details

  • The selected time zone applies to all users in the workspace.

  • Daylight Saving Time (DST) is automatically supported where applicable.

  • Previously scheduled surveys continue to send using their original schedule.

  • Exported reports display timestamps in UTC+0 for consistency.
