Simplesat allows you to create a satisfaction survey that you can embed directly in Acuity email notifications.

Create your survey

First, create a new survey.

Customize the survey settings, then choose the Integrate with another tool option in the Publish section and select Generic Embed in the pop-up box.

Enter the CommitCRM placeholders into the fields:

CommitCRM email placeholders:

  • Team Member Email - <CMTLBLDATA_FLDTKTWORKERID_FLDCRDEMAIL1>
  • Team Member ID - <CMTLBLDATA_FLDTKTWORKERID_FLDWRKNICKNAME>
  • Team Member First Name - <CMTLBLDATA_FLDTKTWORKERID_FLDCRDCLCCONTACTFIRSTNAME>
  • Team Member Last Name - <CMTLBLDATA_ FLDTKTWORKERID_FLDCRDLASTNAME>
  • Customer Email - <CMTLBLDATA_FLDTKTCONTACTID_FLDCRDEMAIL1>
  • Customer ID - NA
  • Customer First Name - <CMTLBLDATA_FLDTKTCONTACTID_FLDCRDCLCCONTACTFIRSTNAME>
  • Customer Last Name - <CMTLBLDATA_FLDTKTCONTACTID_FLDCRDCONTACT>
  • Company Name - <CMTLBLDATA_FLDTKTCONTACTID_FLDCRDCOMPANY>
  • Ticket ID - <CMTLBLDATA_FLDTKTTICKETNO>
  • Ticket Subject - <CMTLBLDATA_FLDTKTPROBLEM>

Once you have the placeholders filled in, click Generate Embed Code. Make sure you're on the HTML option, then click Copy survey. Go to your CommitCRM notification template and paste the code.

Try it out!

Create a test ticket with yourself as the requester. Check your email and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard. 🎊
