Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT, CES, or NPS survey that you can embed directly into Bullhorn email templates.

Create your survey
First, create a new survey.
Customize the survey settings, then choose the Integrate with another tool option in the Publish section.
Select Bullhorn Automation on the pop-up box.
Click the Generate Embed Code button. Make sure you're on the HTML option, then click Copy survey.
Bullhorn Automation email placeholders
These are automatically included when you generate a Bullhorn Automation survey embed code, but here they are just in case. π

Add your survey to Bullhorn Automation
You can embed your survey into a new or existing Automation as part of the Email action step.
Just add a section to your Email template for an HTML block and paste in the survey's HTML code from the generate embed button.
After saving the email you can test it out to make sure all of the placeholders are working properly.
If there are missing placeholders or the data is not properly mapped, they may need to be added to the embed code. Reach out to our support team and we can help take a look at your embed code to see what's going on.
Try it out!
Create a test ticket with yourself as the requester. Check your email and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard. π
