When you see the "liquid error: internal" message in the feedback details, it means there's a problem with the survey embed code you're using. This issue is related to the Zendesk company name placeholder that we previously used in our survey template. If a customer's contact record is missing the company name, Zendesk system sends the "liquid error: internal" message.
We've updated our Zendesk survey template, and it now includes the correct customer company placeholder. To resolve the issue, you'll need to regenerate the survey embeds in the survey's publish tab and replace the current survey you're using with the updated one. This should fix the problem and ensure the surveys display the correct information.
