You can add a Simplesat survey link to your Mailmodo emails, on a button or a line of text. Each response arrives in Simplesat with the contact's email, name and company.
Before you start
This works on every Simplesat plan. To set a survey's delivery method, you need the Manage surveys permission, which Owner and Admin have by default.
Send surveys from Mailmodo
In Simplesat:
Create or open the survey and choose External email embed.
Under Choose where to add your survey, choose Mailmodo.
On Publish, click Generate embed code.
Choose Link and click Copy survey.
In Mailmodo:
Open your email template in the editor.
Add a button such as Rate your experience and paste the link into its URL field, or select a line of text and add the link to it.
Save the template.
The link you copied includes these Mailmodo personalization parameters:

Your contact list needs a column for each one. When Mailmodo asks you to map the parameters, map each one to its column. Placeholders and merge fields explains how placeholders work in every tool.
Customers click the link and answer the whole survey, starting from the first question. Each click is a new response, since there's no ticket ID in the link. Responses from Mailmodo come in without a team member.
Tip: Before the campaign goes to customers, send it to a contact list with only yourself in it. Open the link, answer the survey, and check that the response shows up in Simplesat with your email and name.

My Mailmodo responses come in without the customer's email or name
Mailmodo fills in the parameters from your contact list when it sends the campaign. Check that your list has a column for the email, first name, last name and company, and that each parameter is mapped to its column when you send. FAQ
Does Simplesat have a Mailmodo integration?
No. You add the survey link to your Mailmodo emails, and responses show up in Simplesat, not in Mailmodo. There's nothing to connect, and Mailmodo has no page under Integrations.
