Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT, NPS, CES or 5-star survey that you can send directly through Sprout Social.
Note: This feature is only available on the Sprout Social Advanced plan. You must have the Manage Advanced Inbox Features feature permission enabled and Full Publishing permission for the social profile.
Create your survey
First, create a new survey.
Customize the survey settings to your heart's desires. π Then, choose the Integrate with another tool option in the Publish tab.
Select Sprout Social in the pop-up box depending on where you'd like to embed your survey.
Click the generate embed code button. Make sure you're on the link option, then click copy survey.
Add your survey to Sprout Social
Start off by opening Sprout Social, then go to settings.
Click on customer feedback, then go to web surveys and click create configuration.
Name it Simplesat, and at survey URL paste your copied survey link.
Next, map your data to the query string parameters.
Simplesat supports the following parameters:
case_id
customer_email
customer_first_name
customer_last_name
team_member_id
team_member_email
team_member_first_name
team_member_last_name
company_name
customer_id
ticket_subject
For any other fields you can prefix the parameter name with t_
So for example t_status
Associate the survey with a profile for which you'd like the survey to be sent.
Check the βAutomatically send feedback request when closing a case with the above profile(s) that contains a private messageβ checkbox.
Once that's done, click save.
