Simplesat calculates This week and Last week based on the day your week starts. Setting this at the workspace level makes sure your reporting lines up with the standards your team already uses internally.
How it works
By default, weeks start on Monday. Admins and owners can change this for the entire workspace.
Once set, your week start day applies to:
The This week and Last week filters across custom dashboards, survey dashboards, feedback views, and reports.
Week groupings in charts (Display by: Week) and in report pivots (Group by: Week).
Scheduled reports that use the This week or Last week filters.
Your two options are:
Monday (default): the week runs Monday through Sunday.
Sunday: the week runs Sunday through Saturday.
Week boundaries are calculated when you load a report, not stored with your responses, so changing this setting also updates historical data. Your existing feedback is never modified.
This setting works alongside your workspace time zone. If a workspace time zone is set, relative filters are calculated using it. If not, they use each user's local time zone.
How to set your week start day
Go to Workspace settings
Scroll to the Week start day settings section
Open the dropdown and choose Monday or Sunday
Click Update settings
Your week start day is now active across the workspace.
