After you add your domain, Simplesat will provide you with the necessary DNS entries to add.

Domain Authentication

The domain authentication process differs for each registrar, but the overall instructions are the same: add three separate CNAME records.

Here's an example of Simplesat DNS entries:

The CNAME values should not include your company URL. 

Using the screenshot above, the entries that should be added to your DNS hosting provider are as follows:

sim._domainkey
sim2._domainkey

Failed Status

To troubleshoot failed DNS entries, you can use this handy DNS lookup tool or other similar tools to find more about what the problem is.
