How to edit the rating and team member associated with the survey response

Due to super popular demand, we’ve enabled the option to change the answer value and team member associated with a response.


To change the rating:

  1. Go to the feedback page

  2. Click on the survey response that you'd like to update

  3. Click on the pencil icon beside the primary answer value

  4. Select the new rating on the drop-down list


Note: Changing the rating value will re-run the integration to update the ticket notes, comments, and satisfaction in your Zendesk, ConnectWise, or ConnectWise if you have it authenticated in your Simplesat account.

To change the team member:

  1. Go to the feedback page

  2. Click on the survey response that you'd like to update

  3. Click on the pencil icon beside the primary answer value

  4. Select the new team member on the drop-down list
