Simplesat allows you to create a satisfaction survey that you can embed directly in Syncro's email notifications.

Create your survey

First, create a new survey.

Customize the survey settings, then choose the Generic Embed option in the Publish section.

Enter the SyncroMSP placeholders into the fields:

SyncroMSP placeholders:

  • Team Member Email -  
  • Team Member ID - {{tech_name}}
  • Team Member First Name - 
  • Team Member Last Name -  
  • Customer Email - {{customer_email}}
  • Customer ID - 
  • Customer First Name - {{customer_full_name}}
  • Customer Last Name - 
  • Company Name - {{customer_business_name}}
  • Ticket ID - {{ticket_number}}
  • Ticket Subject - {{ticket_subject}}

Add your survey to SyncroMSP

Once you have the placeholders filled in, click Generate Embed Code. Make sure you're on the HTML option, then click Copy survey.

Head over to your Syncro MSP account and click on More > Admin 

Under Administration, click on  PDF/Email Templates to view a list of the Templates you can edit:

Select the template that you'd like to use and paste the HTML survey you copied. 

Try it out! 

Create a test ticket with yourself as the requester. Check your email and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard. 🎊
