Simplesat allows you to create a satisfaction survey that you can embed directly in Repair Shopr's email notifications.

Create your survey

First, create a new survey.

Customize the survey settings, then choose the Generic Embed option in the Publish section.

Enter the Repair Shopr placeholders into the fields:

  • Team Member Email -  NA
  • Team Member ID - {{tech_name}}
  • Team Member First Name - NA
  • Team Member Last Name -  NA
  • Customer Email - {{customer_email}}
  • Customer ID - NA
  • Customer First Name - {{customer_full_name}}
  • Customer Last Name - NA
  • Company Name - {{customer_business_name}}
  • Ticket ID - {{ticket_number}}
  • Ticket Subject - {{ticket_subject}}


Head over to your Syncro MSP account and click on More > Admin  

Under Administration, click on  PDF/Email Templates to view a list of the Templates you can edit:

Select the template that you'd like to use and paste the HTML survey you copied. 

Try it out! 

Create a test ticket with yourself as the requester. Check your email and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard. 🎊
