Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT or NPS survey that you can embed directly in Klaviyo's email templates and campaigns.

In this article:

First, create a new survey.

Customize the survey settings, then choose the Integrate with another tool option in the Publish section.

Select Klaviyo in the pop-up box.

Click the Generate Embed Code button. Make sure you're on the HTML option, then click Copy survey.

These are automatically included when you generate a Klaviyo survey embed code, but here they are just in case. 😉

You can view all the Klaviyo's tags and variables from here.

Head over to your Klaviyo account and navigate to content > templates and select the email template where you want the survey to be added.

In the email template, add a text block at the spot where you want the survey to be displayed. Next, change it over to source code by clicking the source code icon.

Then, paste the HTML survey code that you copied from your Simplesat account.

Click the source code icon again to preview the survey, and click Save.

Note: You can use your email survey template when creating email campaigns.

Head over to your Klaviyo account and navigate to Campaigns > select the email campaign where you want the survey to be added.

You can either use an existing email template or create a custom-code survey email campaign.

Drag and drop works the same way as email templates, so in this example we use he HTML custom-code email campaign.

Click the section where you want to add the survey. Then, paste the survey codes that you copied from your Simplesat account.

Click the Preview tab to see the survey images. Then, click Save.

Create a test campaign with yourself as the recipient. Check your email and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard. 🎊
