Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT, NPS, CES or 5-star survey that you can embed directly in TOPdesk's email notification templates.
Create your survey
First, create a new survey.
Customize the survey settings to your heart's desires. π Then, choose the Integrate with another tool option in the Publish tab.
Select either TOPdesk Incidents or TopDESK Changes in the pop-up box depending on where you'd like to embed your survey.
Click the generate embed code button. Make sure you're on the HTML option, then click copy survey.

Add your survey to TOPdesk's notification emails
Head over to your TOPdesk account, then go to modules.
Next, open action management and go to action explorer.
Then open the email template in which you'd like to embed the Simplesat survey. In this example we'll embed a TopDESK Incident survey in first line call > call completed + feedback.
Click edit message, then go to source view.
Paste your HTML code which you've copied from Simplesat earlier at the location where you want the survey to be displayed.
Click the source button again to see what it currently looks like. Once you're satisfied with the result click apply.
Then click save to save your email template.
Try it out!
Create a test call with yourself as the caller. Set the call to completed, then check your email and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard. π
If you run into any issues let us know and we'll be happy to help troubleshoot. π
