Welcome to Simplesat's app for Microsoft Teams! This app allows you to easily receive survey notifications and set up weekly or monthly summaries directly within your Teams channels.

To get started, simply go to the Teams App Store and search for “Simplesat.” Once you find the app, click on add to a team to install it.

After installation, the Simplesat bot will introduce itself in the Microsoft Teams channel. Click the configuration button in the welcome message to start configuring your notifications.

After signing in and selecting your workspace, you can activate notifications by clicking the click to get started button. The activation process typically takes around one minute.

Once activated, you’ll have the option to configure your notification preferences. You can choose to receive weekly summaries (sent every Monday) and/or monthly summaries (sent on the 1st of each month). Additionally, you can select the specific survey and sentiment combinations for which you’d like to receive notifications in this channel.

Once you're done configuring your notifications, click save.

To show the configuration button, tag the bot with the config command.

Click the button to show the settings page.

If you ever want to remove Simplesat from your Teams channel, simply go to apps and then manage your apps.

Select Simplesat and click the the trash button.
