With Zapier, you can use SimpleSat feedback as triggers to automate tasks in your favorite apps.

Triggers and actions are events that happen in the different software tools you use. A Zap combines a trigger from one tool with an action in another — whenever the trigger event occurs, Zapier automatically completes the action for you.

  • Send a message to a Slack channel

Connecting SimpleSat to your Zapier account

SimpleSat's Zapier app is currently in beta. You can join by accepting the invite link below.

On the invite page, click Accept Invite & Build a Zap

Creating a Zap

Choose SimpleSat as the Trigger

Find SimpleSat from the app dropdown, and select New Feedback

Choose another app as the Action

In this case we'll be creating a new Trello card.

Choose the account you'd like to authenticated with and enter your API key that you can find on your Account Settings page.

Then configure the template:

In the example above, a new card with the name Customer Name  / Company Name  will be added in the SimpleSat Feedback board. This will make it easy for the team to stay organized on incoming feedback, and how to deal with it.
