Create a new Zap
Head over to your Zapier account, click on Make a Zap button, and choose Simplesat as the trigger.
Choose Simplesat as the Action App.
Choose Trello as the Trigger App
Choose Create Card
Authenticate with your Trello account.
Customize the template
In the example above, a new card with the name Customer Name / Company Name will be added in the Simplesat 2020 board. This will make it easy for the team to stay organized on incoming feedback, and how to deal with it.
Filtering by sentiment
It's likely that you'll want to filter by rating sentiment in your zaps. For example, you might only want positive ratings to trigger a Tweet, or negative ratings to notify a Slack channel, or neutral ratings to create a Trello card.
To filter by sentiment (and any other Simplesat fields), create an action an choose Filter by Zapier.
