You'll need to authenticate your Quo account before installing any integration. Don't worry, you only need to do this once. 😉

Start off by going to your Quo environment, then go to settings > API > generate API key and copy your newly generated api key.

Next, go to the Quo integration page by clicking here.

Click authenticate and fill in the api key.

You're now authenticated with OpenPone.

Simplesat can automatically send a survey after completing a phone call.

Here's an example of what that might look like:

To set this up, you'll first need to set up a survey which you'd like to send.

Either grab the embed link from an existing one, or create a new survey. Set the survey type to external email embed and choose generic embed.

Once that's set up, go to the publish tab, then click generate embed code.

Go to link and click copy survey.

Next, go to the Quo integration page by clicking here.

Scroll down to send survey after completing a phone call and click activate integration.

Once it has successfully activated, deactivate it again to configure the integration.

Scroll down a little and configure the message and survey link you'd like to send.

Paste your survey link in the survey link field.

The {{surveyUrl}} placeholder in the message will automatically be replaced with a shortened personalized version of your survey link.

Once that's done, click save.
