Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT, NPS, CES or 5-star survey that you can embed in your Aircall SMS messages.

To authenticate with Aircall you'll first need to get an API ID and API token from Aircall. You can find these on your Aircall account.

Next, visit the Aircall integration page by clicking here.

Click authenticate, then fill in the API ID and API token.

You're now authenticated with Aircall! 🎉

Simplesat can send a survey by SMS once a call in Aircall ended.

Here's an example of how this might look:

To enable this, visit the Aircall integration page by clicking here.

Scroll down to send an SMS survey after a call ended, then click activate integration.

Once the integration has successfully activated you'll need copy the webhook URL.

Next, open Aircall. Go to integrations and open the webhook integration.

Name the webhook Simplesat, paste the webhook URL, and select the call.ended event.

Then click add webhook.

Next, go back to the Aircall integration page by clicking here.

Scroll down a little to field mapping.

Fill in the message and select the Aircall survey which you'd like to send.

You can use the {{surveyUrl}} placeholder to dynamically insert a shortened, personalized survey url in your message.

Press save to save your settings.

Are no surveys showing up? Please make sure that you have at least 1 Aircall survey set up.
