Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT, NPS, CES or 5-star survey that you can embed in your Inserve quick replies.

To authenticate with Inserve you'll first need to set up an API key.

Head over to your Inserve account and click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then click on API instellingen.

Next, enter Simplesat as the name and click on nieuwe sleutel genereren, then copy your new API key.

Next, head over to the Inserve integration page by clicking here.

Click on the authenticate button and fill in your newly generated API key and your Inserve subdomain.

Your subdomain is the first part of your Inserve URL. For example, if your URL is simplesat.inserve.nl then your subdomain is simplesat

You're now authenticated with Inserve! 🎉

Each time your customer provides a rating, Simplesat will associate the following information with the response.

All information gathered through the API will override fields sent through URL parameters.
