Add a simplesat survey to Freshsales
Simplesat allows you to create surveys that you can embed Freshsales email templates.
Authenticating with Freshsales
You'll need to authenticate your Freshsales account before installing any integration. Don't worry, you only need to do this once. π
Start off by going to your Freshsales environment, then go to admin settings > API settings.

Copy your API key and bundle alias.

Next, go to the Freshsales integration page by clicking here.
Click authenticate, then fill in your API key and Freshsales URL.

You're now authenticated with Freshsales! π
Add note to deal after receiving feedback
Simplesat can display feedback in the related Freshsales deal as a private note.

To set this up, go to the Freshsales integration page by clicking here.
Next, scroll down to add note to deal after receiving feedback and click activate integration.
Create task after receiving feedback
Simplesat can create a new task on a deal in Freshsales after receiving feedback.

To set this up, go to the Freshsales integration page by clicking here.
Next, scroll down to create task after receiving feedback and click activate integration.
Once activated, you can choose the survey and sentiment combinations for which a task will be created.
You can also set the task due date in days, which defaults to 7 days.
Sync deal details from Freshsales to Simplesat
Each time your contact provides a rating, Simplesat will associate the following information with the response.

Owner | ID, Name, Email |
Creater | ID, Name, Email |
Updater | ID, Name, Email |
Contact | ID, Name, Email, Account |

Next, scroll down to sync deal details from Freshsales to Simplesat and click activate integration.
Sync contacts from Freshsales to Simplesat
Simplesat can copy over your contacts from Freshsales to Simplesat.
The first time this integration runs it will copy over all contacts.
Afterwards it will check once per day for new and updated contacts and copy those over.

Sync feedback to contact custom fields
Simplesat can sync feedback to a contact's custom fields.

To set this up, you'll first need to create the custom fields in Freshsales.
Go to your Freshsales account and then go to admin settings.
Search for custom fields and click on contacts.

You'll need to create the following fields:

Once that's done, go to the Freshsales integration page by clicking here.
Scroll down to sync feedback to contact custom fields and click activate integration.
Once that's done it will sync feedback to contact custom fields each time they leave feedback.
