Surveys can either be embedded in an email sent from your helpdesk or Gmail/Outlook or sent via email directly from Simplesat.

Choosing a helpdesk for the embed option gives you the appropriate embed code, and enables powerful two-way integrations.

To choose an embed source, choose the Integrate with another tool option in the Publish section and select one of the options as shown below.
