Simplesat's suite of ActiveCampaign integrations give you the ability to update contacts with rating details and sync contacts to Simplesat to give your team full control and transparency over the customer satisfaction experience.

In this article:

Adding surveys in ActiveCampaign

Simplesat surveys can be added to any email template in ActiveCampaign. Follow this guide for the full details.

Authentication

To authenticate you will need to copy and paste your API key. You can find this in your ActiveCampaign account by clicking on Settings > Developer.

Back on the ActiveCampaign integration page in Simplesat, click authenticate and enter your Account URL and API key:

You can find your Account URL by looking at the URL you use to access your ActiveCampaign account. For example, if the URL is https://example.activehosted.com/, then the value would be "example.activehosted.com".

If you have any issues authenticating, double check your credentials, remembering to remove trailing spaces at the end of each field. If it still doesn't work, shoot us a message and we'll be happy to help troubleshoot.

Sync ActiveCampaign contacts to Simplesat

The first time this integration gets activated it will sync over all contacts, afterwards this integration will run once per day and sync over the contacts that have been updated in the 24 hours prior to that.

Authenticate if you haven't done so already, then scroll down to sync ActiveCampaign contacts to Simplesat and click activate integration.

Update contacts with rating details

Map Simplesat response details to any contact field in ActiveCampaign.

For example, you can make sure that contacts are always up to date with their latest CSAT or NPS score.

Here's an example of what this looks like in ActiveCampaign:

Authenticate if you haven't done so already, then scroll down to update contacts with rating details and click activate integration.

Next, scroll down a bit to field mapping and map values to the fields where you'd like to have them displayed.

If you have any custom fields set up then they should automatically show up here.

Eventually it should looks somewhat like this:

Click save and you're done!
