Simplesat's suite of Keap integrations give you the ability to update contacts with rating details to give your team full control and transparency over the customer satisfaction experience.

Adding surveys in Keap

Authentication

To authenticate you will just need to authorize our app to connect with your Keap account using OAuth2.

If you have any issues authenticating, double check your credentials. If it still doesn't work, shoot us a message and we'll be happy to help troubleshoot.


Update contacts with rating details

Map Simplesat response details to any contact field in Keap.

For example, you can make sure that contacts are always up to date with their latest CSAT or NPS score.

In order for this to work you just need to activate the Update contacts with rating details integration and map the information in the fields provided

For mapping into custom fields, you will need to provide the ID of the custom field, which you can find from the Keap custom fields settings page. Select a custom field and then look at the URL Address bar to find the ID:

By default we have only 3 custom fields available for mapping, but we can add as many as you need. Just reach out to our support team to have more added πŸ‘


Add a feedback note to a contact

Simplesat can sync feedback to the related contact as a note.

Here's an example of what this looks like in Keap:

Add rating and sentiment to a contact's tags

Simplesat can add a contact's latest rating and sentiment to it's tags in Keap

Sync contacts to Simplesat

Simplesat can sync customers from Keap to Simplesat.

The first time this integration gets activated it'll sync over all users, afterwards this integration will run once per day and sync over the users that have been updated in the 24 hours prior to that.
