Authenticating with MaestroQA
To authenticate with MaestroQA, start off with going to your MaestroQA environment.
Click your name in the top-right corner and click on settings.
Under integrations go to API keys.
Click create a new token and name it Simplesat. Then copy your token.
Click the authenticate and enter your MaestroQA subdomain and API key.
The subdomain is the first part of your MaestroQA URL. For example, if your URL is app.maestroqa.com then your subdomain is app.
Accepted values are app and app.eu
Simplesat is now authenticated with MaestroQA! π
Sync feedback to internal note
Simplesat can sync feedback to the related ticket as an internal note.
Here's an example of how this will look in MaestroQA:
To set this up, access the MaestroQA integration page by clicking here.
Authenticate if you haven't done so already, the scroll down to sync feedback to internal note and click activate integration.
Update ticket after receiving feedback
Simplesat can sync feedback data to the ticket fields of a related ticket.

Authenticate if you haven't done so already, the scroll down to update ticket after receiving feedback and click activate integration.
Next, open to your MaestroQA account, click your name in the top-right corner and go to ticket/user attributes.
Click the add attribute for API or manual upload button and create these attributes:
