Adding surveys to Front

Simplesat surveys can be added to your email signatures in Front


Authenticating with Front

Next, click the authenticate button.

Log in with your Front credentials and click authorize.

You're now authenticated with Front πŸŽ‰


Pull conversation details

Each time your customer provides a rating, Simplesat will associate the following information with the response.

Object

Data collected

Conversation

ID, Subject

Requester (Recipient)

ID, Name, Email

Responder (Assignee)

ID, Name, Email

All information gathered through the API will override fields sent through URL parameters.

Next, scroll down to pull conversation details and click activate integration.


Add feedback to conversation as an internal comment

Simplesat can sync feedback back to the related conversation as an internal comment.

Add feedback to contact as an internal note

Simplesat can sync feedback back to the related contact as an internal note.

The note will contain links to the customer, feedback and survey in Simplesat.
And the note's author will appear as the assignee that was assigned to the conversation the feedback was left on.

Sync contacts from Front to Simplesat

Simplesat can automatically sync over new and updated contacts from Front to Simplesat.

The first time this integration gets activated it will sync over all contacts.
Afterwards it will check once per day for new and updated contacts and sync those over.

Scroll down to sync contacts from Front to Simplesat and click activate integration.
