We've seen unsolicited Telegram messages claiming to be from Simplesat, offering easy pay (often in Bitcoin) for tasks like boosting app clicks or views. These are not from Simplesat. Simplesat does not recruit or pay via Telegram DMs.
How to spot them
Unexpected offers: “Get paid in Bitcoin for boosting app clicks/views” or “work from your phone.”
Crypto requests: Any ask for your Bitcoin address or payment. Simplesat never asks for crypto via unsolicited messages.
Irrelevant content: Simplesat is a customer feedback platform. If the message describes click-farming or unrelated tasks, it’s fake.
Unverified accounts: Profile names or avatars may mimic Simplesat but are not official. Look for typos, low-quality images, or recently created accounts.
Pressure tactics: “Limited-time bonus” or urgent deadlines to join. Legitimate Simplesat communications don’t use sudden deadlines for recruiting.
What to do
Do not reply. Any response may confirm your account is active.
Block and report on Telegram as spam or impersonation.
Verify via official channels: Genuine Simplesat emails come from “@simplesat.io” and important notices appear in-app or on our website. If unsure, check those sources before clicking links or sharing info.
Send us a screenshot: Forward suspicious messages (with sender info and timestamp) to [email protected]. This helps us track patterns.
Remove unwanted apps: If you installed anything after clicking links, delete it and run a security scan.
