To authenticate Simplesat with Decagon you'll first need to create an API key in Decagon.

Once you've done so, go to the Decagon integration page by clicking here.

Click authenticate and fill in your Decagon API key.

You're now authenticated with Decagon 🎉

This integration sends a follow-up survey to users who received an in-app request to leave a CSAT rating but didn't respond to it.

To activate this integration, go to the Decagon integration page by clicking here.

Next, scroll down to send a follow-up survey to decagon conversations and click activate integration.

Once that's done you can scroll down and configure the time after which a follow-up survey should be sent. And fill in the Simplesat event-based survey endpoint for the survey that should be sent.

Simplesat can sync feedback on Decagon conversations to Simplesat.

To activate this integration, go to the Decagon integration page by clicking here.

Next, scroll down to sync CSAT ratings from Decagon to Simplesat and click activate integration.

Once that's done, scroll down a bit to field mapping.

Map the survey and the question the feedback should be synced to.
