Authenticating with LogMeIn Rescue
Before authenticating with LogMeIn Rescue you'll first need to set up an oauth client.
Start off by going to this page depending on whether you're on LogMeIn Rescue's global or EU region:
Global region: https://secure.logmeinrescue.com/id-srv/oauth/clients
Then click create client
Name the client Simplesat and add this redirect URL:
Under scopes, select the Rescue;API scope
Next, copy your client secret and store it in a safe place, you'll only be able to see this once.
Then click create client.
Copy your client ID, you'll also need this later.
Click authenticate and fill in your client ID and client secret.
Also fill in your region, depending on which region your LogMeIn Rescue instance is located:

Then click authenticate.
Sync session details from LogMeIn Rescue to Simplesat
Each time your customer provides a rating, Simplesat will associate the following information with the response.
Object | Data collected |
Ticket | ID, Type, Channel name, Status, All times |
Requester (Customer) | ID, Name, Email |
Responder (Assignee) | Name |
All information gathered through the API will override fields sent through URL parameters.

To set this up, go to the LogMeIn Rescue integration page by clicking here.
Scroll down to sync session details from LogMeIn Rescue to Simplesat and click activate integration.
