Adding a survey to Crisp
Simplesat surveys can be automatically sent after resolving a conversation in Crisp.
Authenticating with Crisp
Once that's done, go to your Crisp environment, then go to settings > website settings > settings > setup instructions and copy your website ID.
Click authenticate and fill in your website ID.
You're now authenticated with Crisp! π
Pull conversation details
Each time your customer provides a rating, Simplesat will associate the following information with the response.
Object | Data collected |
Conversation | ID, Subject |
Customer | ID, Name, Email, Country, City |
Operator | ID, Name, Email |
All information gathered through the API will override fields sent through URL parameters.

Scroll down to pull request details and click activate integration.
Add feedback to a conversation as a note
Simplesat can sync feedback back into the related Crisp conversation as an internal note.
