Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT or NPS survey that will automatically be sent after closing a support session in LogMeIn Rescue
Add your survey to LogMeIn Rescue
Create your survey
First, create a new survey.
Customize the survey settings to your heart's desires. 😁 Then, choose the External email embed option in the Publish tab.
Select LogMeIn Rescue in the pop-up box.
Click the Generate Embed Code button. Make sure you're on the link option, then click Copy survey.
Adding the survey to LogMeIn Rescue
Open your LogMeIn rescue admin panel and select the technician group for which you'd like to configure your survey.
Go to the settings tab, then scroll down to customer survey (private sessions).
Change the customer survey to use self-hosted customer survey and paste your survey URL.
Make sure add additional Rescue session details to this URL is enabled.
Scroll down and click save to save your settings.
Try it out!
Create a support session with yourself. Close the session and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard. 🎊
