You'll need to authenticate your AroFlo account before installing any integration. Don't worry, you only need to do this once. 😉

Start off by going to your AroFlo environment, then click your initials in the top-right corner and go to site administration.

Click settings, then search for API and open AroFlo API.

Go to the Personal Access Tokens tab and click create new token.

Name the token Simplesat and click create token.

Next, go to the Aroflo integration page by clicking here.

Click authenticate and enter your personal access token.

You're now authenticated with AroFlo! 🎉

Simplesat can send an event-based email survey to customers when their task in AroFlow gets completed.

Make sure you have an event-based email survey set up. See this guide for more information on how to do so.

After doing so, open the AroFlo integration page by clicking here.

Scroll down to send a survey when a task in AroFlo gets completed and click activate integration.

Once that's done, scroll down a bit to field mapping and select which event-based survey you'd like to send.

Click save, and copy the webhook URL.

Next, open your AroFlo environment, then go to site administration > settings.

Then open event messages.

Select task status - completed and click add event message > webhook.

Paste your webhook URL in the url field.

Then click save settings.

Simplesat can add a note to the related task in AroFlo after receiving feedback.
