To submit a cancellation request, head over to Admin > Billing and Subscription > Cancel subscription

Note: Only the account owner can access the billing page and submit a cancelation request.

You'll be directed to answer the cancelation survey that serves as a confirmation of the request. Once the survey results are received, we'll go ahead and process your request. You'll get a confirmation from our support team once completed.
