Invoices will be sent to the email address of the owner in your Simplesat account. 

To change account ownership and billing email address:

  1. Navigate to Admin and click on Manage users

  2. Invite the new email address as a Simplesat user.

Note: Account ownership can only be transferred to a user with an Admin role.

3. Once the new email address is added, go back to the Manage users page.

4. Find the user you'd like to edit and open the drop-down menu.

5. Click on Make owner then confirm by clicking on Transfer ownership.

Longer-term, we have some features queued up to address this in a better way.
