Although Simplesat's able to filter out most spam feedback, some might slip through the cracks resulting in feedback from an "Anonymous" customer. You might also see positive/neutral/negative ratings all with the same timestamp. 

This happens from bots clicking links in emails from your customers (checking for spam or viruses).
