Summaries provide an overview of a survey's performance over the past 7 days.
Email summaries are sent every Monday, around 1pm GMT (around 6am-9am in the US).
Quick info:
Each survey has its own summary email.
Emails will only be sent if the survey has collected at least one answer in the given date range (summaries won't contain 0 data).
Each Simplesat user can manage their own email summary preferences.
If you'd like an email group to receive summaries, let the Simplesat team know and we add to your account (the option is not available through the front-end yet)
