View response changes and audit user activity

To keep the system reliable, we’ve included an Events section that logs the customer and user's activity. This feature became a priority now that we allow admins to edit response details.

Events history - shows events for:Β 

  • Customer answer

  • Customer re-answer

  • Simplesat user changed the rating/team member

  • Simplesat user added/removed a tag
