How to create an Incoming Webhook connector in Microsoft Teams

⚠️Note: The incoming webhook connector in MS Teams is being deprecated. We recommend using the Microsoft Teams (v2) integration instead

Simplesat's Microsoft Teams integration uses Incoming Webhooks as the connector.

Open Microsoft Teams and go to Apps > Connectors > Incoming Webhook

Choose the channel that you'd like messages to be sent to.

Note: MS Teams has a 1:1 relationship between webhook:channel. So you'll need to create multiple webhooks to send messages to different teams. (which is possible with Simplesat)

In the integration settings, add Simplesat as the name, and upload the logo icon:

You can download the Simplesat logo icon here:

Copy the webhook URL:

Then paste it in the Microsoft Teams channel configuration modal:
