To authenticate with Microsoft Teams, access the Microsoft Teams integrations page by clicking here.

Click the authenticate and log in with your Microsoft account.

Simplesat is now authenticated with Microsoft Teams.

Note: Please make sure that the authenticated user has a valid O365 license provisioned for the integration to work.

Simplesat can send a notification to a Teams channel upon receiving new or updated feedback.

Here's an example of what this looks like in Teams:

The message will appear as if posted by the user who authenticated with the Teams integration in Simplesat. We're working on a solution to show the sender as Simplesat.

To set this up, go to the Microsoft Teams integrations page by clicking here.

Authenticate if you haven't done so already, then scroll down to sync feedback to a Teams channel and click authenticate.

Once that's done, open Microsoft Teams, click the 3 dots next to a channel and then click get link to channel. Then copy the channel URL.

Go back to the Teams integrations page and scroll down to field mapping.

At the channel URL field, paste the channel URL which you've just copied.

You can optionally add a clickable ticket link to a third party system in your message. Copy/paste the URL in the ticket URL field, but replace the ticket ID with the {{ticket.id}} placeholder.

Finally, press save to save your settings.
