Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT, CES, or NPS survey that you can embed directly into AWeber email templates.

In this article:

Create your survey

First, create a new survey.

Customize the survey settings, then choose the Integrate with another tool option in the Publish section and select Generic Embed in the pop-up box.

Select AWeber on the pop-up box.

Click the Generate Embed Code button. Make sure you're on the HTML option, then click Copy survey.

AWeber email placeholders

These are automatically included when you generate an AWeber survey embed code, but here they are just in case. πŸ˜‰

Add your survey to AWeber

Head over to your Aweber account, and navigate to Messages > Drafts > Create a Message.

Click on the Source button at the top left.

Paste the survey code that you've copied from Simplesat.

Click the Source button again to preview the survey.

Click Save. Then, send a test email if you want, by clicking the Preview & Test button at the top right. The location-specific data will not map if sending a test email.

Try it out!

Create a test email campaign with yourself as the recipient. Check your email and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard. 🎊

If you run into any issues let us know and we'll be happy to help troubleshoot. πŸ™Œ
