Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT or NPS survey that you can embed directly to Exclaimer email notifications templates.

Create your survey

First, create a new survey.

Customize the survey settings, then choose the Integrate with another tool option in the Publish section and select Generic Embed in the pop-up box.

Enter Exclaimer's placeholders into the fields:

Exclaimer placeholders for Office 365:

  • Team Member Email - {Email}

  • Team Member ID - NA

  • Team Member First Name - {FirstName}

  • Team Member Last Name - {LastName}

  • Customer Email - {RecipientEmail}

  • Customer ID - NA

  • Customer First Name - NA

  • Customer Last Name - NA

  • Company Name - NA

  • Ticket ID - NA

  • Ticket Subject - {Subject}

Exclaimer placeholders for G Suite:

  • Team Member Email - {Email1}

  • Team Member ID - NA

  • Team Member First Name - {GivenName}

  • Team Member Last Name - {FamilyName}

  • Customer Email - {RecipientEmail}

  • Customer ID - NA

  • Customer First Name - NA

  • Customer Last Name - [NA

  • Company Name - NA

  • Ticket ID - NA

  • Ticket Subject - {Subject}


Once you have the placeholders filled in, click Generate Embed Code. Make sure you're on the Visual option, then click Copy survey.

Add your survey to Exclaimer

Head over to your Exclaimer account and add the survey that you copied to your email signature.

Try it out!

Create a test email and send it to your other email address. Check your email and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard. 🎊
