Edit the survey you'd like to copy, then choose the duplicate option from the dropdown menu.
Give your new survey a name, and click Create new survey
Duplicating a survey will copy everything except:
Email survey settings and content
Audience and rules
Live email sending status (so you can manually set live when you're ready)
