To pull the data from Simplesat to Zendesk, you need to enable the Add satisfaction ratings back to Zendesk survey integration.
Once enabled, you can create a new query and select the Ticket updates as your dataset. Then, choose a dataset from the list and click on the New query button.
Click on Add in the Metrics section. Select Customer satisfaction and select the metric/rating that you want to measure.
Note: If you have Add tags action (e.g. survey_sent) in your trigger or automation templates, you can also use these as filters.
