Simplesat's Vitally integration gives you the ability to sync feedback over to Vitally if the customer already exists in your Vitally account. If you have any other integration ideas please let us know.

Authentication
You can access the Vitally integration setup page from here
To authenticate you will need to copy and paste your API key. You can find the API key from clicking the gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar, select Integrations, and then Vitally REST API.
Copy the secret token, then go to the Vitally integrations page by clicking here.
Click authenticate paste your secret token into the API Key field and fill in your Vitally subdomain.
Your subdomain is the first part of your Vitally URL. So if your URL is simplesat.vitally.io, then your subdomain would be simplesat
Create NPS record from feedback
Add NPS Records to Vitally whenever you receive new NPS feedback in your Simplesat account.
