You'll need to authenticate your Chattermill account before installing any integration. Don't worry, you only need to do this once. 😉

First off, you'll need to go into Chattermill and copy your API key under settings > integrations.

Next, go to the Chattermill integration page by clicking here and click authenticate.

Fill in the API key you just copied and click authenticate.

You're now authenticated with Chattermill! 🎉

Simplesat can sync feedback to Chattermill

Here's an example of what this looks like in Chattermill:

To set this up, access the Chattermill integrations page by clicking here.

Next, scroll down to sync feedback to chattermill and click activate integration.

Once it's activated scroll down a little to project name and fill in the name of the project where you'd like your feedback to be displayed.

And easy way to check for the exact name of your project is by going to settings.

Your project name will be displayed above all categories.

Next, map the simplesat metric to the related data types and data sources in Chattermill.

Eventually it should look somewhat like this:

Click save and you're done!
