Authenticating with Easy Redmine

You'll need to authenticate your Easy Redmine account before installing any integration. Don't worry, you only need to do this once. πŸ˜‰

At URL fill in your Easy Redmine environment URL.

Next, fill in your username and password and click authenticate.

You're now authenticated with Easy Redmine! πŸŽ‰


Pull ticket details

Each time your customer provides a rating, Simplesat will associate the following information with the response.

Object

Data collected

Ticket

ID, Number, Subject, Priority, URL, Channel

Requester (Customer)

Name, ID, Email

Responder (Assignee)

Name, ID, Email

All information gathered through the API will override fields sent through URL parameters.

Authenticate if you haven't done so already, then scroll down to pull ticket details and click activate integration.


Display feedback in issue private comment

Simplesat can display feedback in the related ticket as a private comment.
