To make a subject access request, please submit this SAR form. Your request will be forwarded to Simplesat's support team to process and respond.
If there's a discrepancy in the provided details or if the email does not match with records, Simplesat will reply to the requester asking for further verification.
We may request for additional details like account creation date, last invoice date or the last service/product availed.
If verification still remains inconclusive, we'll notify the requester that their identity couldn't be confirmed, and therefore, the SAR cannot be processed.
Simplesat will attached a password protected CSV file containing your personal information via email.
