Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT, CES, or NPS survey that you can embed directly in Front email notifications templates.

Create your survey

First, create a new survey.

Customize the survey settings to your heart's desires. 😁 Then, choose the Integrate with another tool option in the Publish tab.

Select Front in the pop-up box.

Click the Generate Embed Code button.

For the Front email signature survey, you can either use the Visual or HTML option. For the message template survey, you need to use the Visual option because the templates don't have the HTML view option.

Click Copy survey.

These are automatically included when you generate a Front survey embed code, but here they are just in case. 😉

Add your survey to Front


Head over to your Front account, and navigate to Home > Settings > Personal > Signatures.

In the Signatures section, click on the Add a signature button.

You can switch the mode to Visual or HTML format. Then, paste the survey code that you've copied from your Simplesat account. Click Create to save.

Create a test email to see how the email signature survey looks.

Message Templates

Head over to your Front account, and navigate to Home > Settings > Personal > Message Templates.

In the Message Templates section, click on the Add a template button.

Paste the visual survey that you copied from your Simplesat account, then click Save.

Try it out!

Create a test email with yourself as the requester. Check your email and click any rating that you like. Once you do, new feedback should instantly show up in your Simplesat dashboard.
