Navigating through the feedback you receive in Simplesat becomes a breeze with the introduction of Feedback views.

Views enable you to quickly filter through the stream of feedback, focusing on what's most relevant to your current analysis or objective. By setting specific date ranges and applying filters, you can isolate the feedback that's most pertinent to understanding your customers' experiences and sentiments.

Creating or saving a view

  • On the Feedback page, adjust the filters and date range to reflect the data you're interested in analyzing.

  • Following your adjustments, a Save filters button will become visible. Clicking this button gives you two options:

    • Save changes to the existing view updates your view with the newly adjusted settings.

    • Create new view allows you to save these adjustments under a new name, effectively creating a separate view for future reference.

These views are immediately accessible from the left sidebar under the Feedback heading, making it easy to switch between them as needed.

Tip: Leveraging views to segment feedback for routine reports not only streamlines your workflow but also ensures consistency in the data being reported. Views are particularly valuable for teams that need to monitor customer feedback trends regularly, reducing the time spent on configuring filters for each report.

Note: In your Simplesat account, views are shared globally. This means that any view you create can be seen by all users on your account.

Editing and deleting views

  • To edit a view, modify the filters or date range, click Save filters, and opt to save the existing view with the new settings.

  • To remove a view, find it in the left sidebar, click the three-dot menu, and select Delete view.

Remember: Deleting a view is irreversible, so it’s important to be certain that the information it represents is no longer needed before proceeding.
