To drill down to an individual customer, click their name from the list on the main Customers page.
You can then view all relevant satisfaction details for that customer.
User details in the left displays their email, company name and all custom attributes associated with that customer.
The feedback list on the right displays all of their feedback given, sorted by latest first.
You can click on the feedback to view additional details, or publish positive comments as testimonials directly from this page.
